“I march because women with disability are too often voiceless in the fight against violence and inequality.”
Disability Activist and Intersectional Feminist
I'm the CEO of Women with Disabilities ACT. We advocate for women, girls, non-binary and feminine identifying people with disabilities in the Canberra region. I have seen that we experience multiplied effects of disadvantages due to societies prejudice, and seek to work with mainstream activists to fight that.
I identify as genderqueer/non-binary, and also stand for the future of feminism being inclusive of everyone who seeks to break down patriarchal barriers in our society.
