Hello all! I’m very happy to join this community. I’m a strong-willed, independent 58 year old woman. I have a technical and programmatic management role in the aerospace industry. So, I have seen and experienced sexual discrimination over the course of my career. It has gotten better over the years, but the course this country is taking with respect to Women’s rights has me very concerned and outraged. This is why I am here.
